Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.auYour New RolePlease note this is an initial 9 month fixed term positionOpen to Candidates from Melbourne / Sydney / BrisbaneAs the Content Producer Lead your primary purpose will be to:Act as the content/copy SME for the in-house Brand studioSupport the delivery of the fund's key content and materials in line with the strategic marketing plan to help drive an enhanced member experiencePlay a critical role in ensuring that Aware Super is providing industry-leading content to better engage new and existing members, while supporting our growth ambitions. You'll ensure all content is fit for channels and the user experienceProvide 'Centre of Excellence' expertise on content design and copywritingAssess, develop, and deliver content appropriate for segmented audiences based on known behaviours, analytics, business requirements, and voice of the customer inputsHow do you exceed our expectations?5+ years leading a functional enterprise team or practice team.Strong understanding of the content landscape including planning, implementing, and evaluating member communications and campaigns.A strong understanding of agile practices and how they help deliver products/servicesA keen understanding of content and UX practicesAdvanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Miro, Bright Edge, and ConfluenceUnderstanding of multimedia content development practices and principlesExceptional written, verbal and presentation skillsExperience of writing and re-versioning/iteration of materials for the online environment and for a range of different audiencesExperience of evaluating and analysing information and data to propose improvements to content to ensure users' needs are metStrong project management skills and the ability to juggle the responsibility for delivering multiple projects at a timeExcellent written and verbal reasoning skills, with concise and clear messaging and a high degree of attention to detailThe idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
