Your New Role Please note this is an initial 9 month fixed term position Open to Candidates from Melbourne / Sydney / Brisbane As the Content Producer Lead your primary purpose will be to:
Act as the content/copy SME for the in-house Brand studio Support the delivery of the fund's key content and materials in line with the strategic marketing plan to help drive an enhanced member experience Play a critical role in ensuring that Aware Super is providing industry-leading content to better engage new and existing members, while supporting our growth ambitions. You'll ensure all content is fit for channels and the user experience Provide 'Centre of Excellence' expertise on content design and copywriting Assess, develop, and deliver content appropriate for segmented audiences based on known behaviours, analytics, business requirements, and voice of the customer inputs How do you exceed our expectations? 5+ years leading a functional enterprise team or practice team. Strong understanding of the content landscape including planning, implementing, and evaluating member communications and campaigns. A strong understanding of agile practices and how they help deliver products/services A keen understanding of content and UX practices Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Miro, Bright Edge, and Confluence Understanding of multimedia content development practices and principles Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills Experience of writing and re-versioning/iteration of materials for the online environment and for a range of different audiences Experience of evaluating and analysing information and data to propose improvements to content to ensure users' needs are met Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle the responsibility for delivering multiple projects at a time Excellent written and verbal reasoning skills, with concise and clear messaging and a high degree of attention to detail The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
