Job Description:

(HE06) $89,383- $96550 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.
Part-time (0.5) fixed term role for 12 months
Join our dynamic team at the Centre for Heart Rhythm Disorders (CHRD) and play a pivotal role in amplifying our impact. As a Content Creator, you'll develop engaging content that raises awareness of our groundbreaking research into heart rhythm disorders. Collaborate with our Director and researchers to create compelling narratives that highlight our achievements in clinical research, experimental studies, and more. Your work will foster a deeper understanding of arrhythmogenesis, atrial fibrillation, and related medical advancements.

As a Content Creator, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading experts in the field, develop your creative skills, and contribute to groundbreaking research.
You'll use your writing and design skills to create engaging content that inspires and informs. Your work will contribute to research that has the potential to improve the lives of millions of people. You'll also work closely with a talented team of researchers and professionals, gaining valuable experience in content creation, and communication.
This position will be offered as a part-time position (0.5 FTE)
To be successful you will need:
Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
Experience in marketing, communications, professional writing, journalism, digital or a related discipline, along with experience in a comparable role in a complex organisation.
Experience in comprehension, editing and writing skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate it in a way that is accessible, engaging, optimised and appropriate for different audiences.
Demonstrated ability in sourcing content across a variety of digital formats, write and edit for the web and digital channels, so that content is accurate, engaging and optimised for the user experience and search engines.
Project management skills and experience in managing multiple priorities and dependent tasks within tight timelines, with conflicting demands, in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a valid National Police Clearance
