Part-time (0.5) fixed term role for 12 months
Join our dynamic team at the Centre for Heart Rhythm Disorders (CHRD) and play a pivotal role in amplifying our impact. As a Content Creator, you'll develop engaging content that raises awareness of our groundbreaking research into heart rhythm disorders. Collaborate with our Director and researchers to create compelling narratives that highlight our achievements in clinical research, experimental studies, and more. Your work will foster a deeper understanding of arrhythmogenesis, atrial fibrillation, and related medical advancements.
To be successful you will need:
Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence, and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations. Experience in marketing, communications, professional writing, journalism, digital or a related discipline, along with experience in a comparable role in a complex organisation. Experience in comprehension, editing and writing skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate it in a way that is accessible, engaging, optimised and appropriate for different audiences. Demonstrated ability in sourcing content across a variety of digital formats, write and edit for the web and digital channels, so that content is accurate, engaging and optimised for the user experience and search engines. Project management skills and experience in managing multiple priorities and dependent tasks within tight timelines, with conflicting demands, in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a valid National Police Clearance.
