At GLUE Content, we specialise in video content and animation, graphic design, photography and copywriting which gives our team a broad range of knowledge across all types of content.
This position will play a critical role within the production team in developing engaging content for platforms such as Digital, Web, Social, YouTube and TV. You will be integral in delivering on the creative vision throughout the production process.
As a Content Producer at GLUE Content, you will work within a close knit and supportive production team while developing content for some of Australia's biggest brand names.
Every day and every piece of content is different, however, you can expect to be engaged across the following:
Pre Production: As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in the pre-production phase. While many pre production tasks will be taken care of on your behalf, your key responsibilities will lie in reviewing the team's preparations, ensuring the crew are briefed on the creative direction, conduct pre interviews with talent, develop shot lists to ensure we are set up for a successful production day.
Production: On production day, you will take the lead in producing the shoot, working closely with the client manager and other production team members as needed. You will be at the helm, directing the shoot, guiding talent, conducting interviews, instructing the crew, and ensuring the creative brief is fully realised. Your leadership and vision will be pivotal in bringing our projects to life, creating an engaging and high-quality final product.
Post Production: In the post-production phase, you will guide the project to completion by working closely with our talented editors and animators. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the final content, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the client brief and meets our high standards of quality. Your keen eye for detail and collaborative spirit will help bring our creative vision to life, delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Craft and innovate compelling content including video and photography, tailored for diverse media platforms.Capture high-quality video and stills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all content meets brand standards.Utilise advanced production knowledge to refine and enhance visual content, ensuring a cohesive and attractive aesthetic across all media outputs.Engage actively with the creative team to brainstorm and develop impactful video concepts that resonate with various target audiences.Stay updated with the latest production trends and technologies to keep content fresh, engaging, and ahead of the curve.Construct documentation when required, maintaining the highest standard and attention to detail Contribute to the preparation of materials, when required, including but not limited to props, talent and locations. Actively contribute to the GLUE Content culture, to ensure our a positive, collaborative and vibrant work environment is maintained.
