The Role
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you'll be the creative force behind Adventure World's voice, inspiring travellers to discover new, meaningful adventures. Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, you'll develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our core values of sustainability, responsible travel, and cultural immersion.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals, in partnership with the Head of Marketing. Craft compelling content for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and collaborative marketing efforts. Partner with PR to synchronise content calendars and maximize outreach opportunities. Social Media Management Own the social media strategy, creating engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan and execute social media campaigns, analysing performance data and adjusting strategies to enhance engagement. Partnerships Maintain strong relationships with partners, developing collaborative content for joint campaigns. Seek innovative ways to integrate partnerships into social media and content strategies. Brand Voice Champion the tone of voice for Adventure World, ensuring it resonates across all touchpoints and sets the standard for the business. Additional Duties Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Engage in SEO initiatives, optimising content for search and aligning with broader digital strategies. Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality in all communications. About You

Key Qualifications Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and writing. Proficiency with CMS (e.g., Umbraco) and social media management tools. Understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Familiarity with digital tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
