We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Content Specialist to join our growth team and boost our impact across Australia.
The RoleThis role requires a talented, creative and performance-focused content and digital expert who is ready to take Therapy Connect's brand, customer journey and digital performance to new heights. From driving Therapy Connect's brand awareness to developing a lead-generating content marketing machine - they bring innovative thinking, creative flair, storytelling prowess and analytical skills to the fore.
ResponsibilitiesBuild content and brand awareness:
Analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.Own Therapy Connect's content planning, development and calendar for identified segments across all channels.Deliver lead generating content and drive organic growth through strategic SEO planning and content generation.Work with allied health practitioners and Clinical Leads to build educational resources, workshops, programs and IP and support coordination on webinars.Drive organic community growth across multiple platforms including Therapy Connect's social channels (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn).Develop and manage creative assets (video, photography, graphics, blog, white papers).Drive the development of case studies, flyers, brochures, capability statements and other marketing collateral.Support customer acquisition and experience:
Work alongside our BDMs and marketing agency partners to support key business objectives from acquisition through to retention.Deliver continual 'test and learn' campaigns including audience planning, funnel optimisation, channel selection, prioritisation and message content and frequency.Use data to continuously optimise and improve content to be relevant to everyone in our ecosystem.Tracking and analyzing the performance of campaigns, coordinating all marketing efforts in line with our brand, values and marketing budget.Support BDM team in coordinating efforts for key events e.g. Expos and stakeholder engagements.About YouEssential skills & attributes:
A creative mind, flair for design and an obsession with content, social media and digital marketing.At least 3 years experience in marketing and content role.Strategic copywriting skills with a strong understanding of content strategy and SEO best practice.Extensive experience writing both long and short form copy and developing tone of voice.Proven experience coordinating marketing agencies and good understanding of content performance tools, such as GA4.Success in building and connecting with online communities.Meticulous, highly organised and strong project management skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Desirable skills & attributes:
