JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description: Our Pet Nutrition ANZ strategy aims to connect us to pet parents in a way that no other company can.
As the Content & Experience Manager, you will be a key part of the journey to next generation brand building with the aim of transforming our One Demand digital capability to deliver a connected omnichannel experience for Pet Parents.
In this role, you'll be critical in our Data Driven Marketing (DDM) transformation, and it will be a great opportunity to continue to build your career while delivering impact.
Reporting to the ANZ Content and Experience Lead, this Content & Experience Manager will support the development, the implementation and operational management for ANZ branded content.
You will be a key catalyst for our portfolio brand teams to produce best in class, integrated and personalised content at scale to enable optimal Pet Parent (consumer) experiences.
What are we looking for?
Min.
5 years experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and content, ideally time spent agency/service provider side.
Demonstrated experience in complex project leadership, project management, and stakeholder management both internal and with external agencies/partners Demonstrated experience partnering with digital functional experts, and energy for technology platforms and innovative solutions.
An experience with start-up business / digital transformation, and FMCG experience would be preferred Passion for cats and dogs would be ideal!
What will be your key responsibilities?
This role will be the content & experience partner for our priority brands (spanning both Dog & Cat) , and will act across a wide range of content development and management strategies Implement ANZ brand content strategy for assigned portfolios Own and manage the core processes and templates for ongoing content operation and management Co-Lead Annual Planning for Content requirements – which includes development and ongoing change management of Content Calendar in collaboration with brand teams and relevant agency partners.
Co-Own Content Briefing and Production – including templates, process, reviews and coaching.
Own Content Management and Tracking (utilizing selected technology platforms, workflows and relevant partners) Ensure effective Technology Platform interaction & media processes What can you expect from Mars?
