Swinburne University is on the hunt for a talented Content Developer to join our dynamic Campaigns & Conversions team.
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of bringing Swinburne's vision to life by developing and delivering impactful content across a variety of formats and channels.
From producing engaging website copy for swinburne.edu.au to collaborating with our in-house creative, strategy and production teams, you'll play a central part in shaping content that supports key student recruitment initiatives.
As a Content Developer, you will generate innovative ideas and bring them to life through strategic content planning, creation and production for domestic and international audiences.
You will develop engaging copy and assets that captivate audiences, drive student acquisition and foster lasting engagement.
Additionally, you'll contribute to campaigns that elevate our reputation and support measurable objectives such as student recruitment and retention.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
Demonstrated experience working in a copywriting, communications or content development role for a large and complex organisation. Demonstrated experience writing, editing, creating, and producing on-brand and differentiating content for a range of audiences and channels. Demonstrated experience implementing content and marketing activities across numerous formats to achieve successful outcomes. Demonstrated ability managing time and working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines. Qualifications A degree in marketing, communications or related fields with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
