As a Content Developer, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to: Develop effective technical documentation content consistent with business and industry standards and processes within Bp's guidelines;Develop effective training and enablement materials for our existing customer base through all available educational channels, including eLearning, articles, and multimedia;Effectively engage our customers through digital platforms;Effectively engage stakeholders to establish technical accuracy and appropriateness of material for publication;Provide guidance and advice to organisational leaders on training and digital learning trends;Effectively manage internal project deliverables, including analysis, documentation, and review phases;We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes: Professional skills in multimedia creation software such as Camtasia. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and LMS Platform proficiency highly regarded;Professional skills in written and verbal communication;Demonstrated understanding of eLearning methodology;Effective time management skills and the ability to set and meet deadlines;An ability to solve problems and make role-appropriate business decisions;Post-secondary School qualifications in a related field of technical writing, Training and Development, systems analysis and documentation or digital learning (equivalent to a minimum Certificate IV or above);Familiarity with the tasks undertaken by a software Content Developer for external customers;What's in it for you?
