Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's leading banks to source a Content Designer to join their credit policy team!
The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative UX Design & Publishing Specialist.
In this role, you will play a key part in transforming the presentation layer of the policy suite, focusing on usability, simplicity, and seamless interconnectivity.
Your expertise will help streamline the user experience and improve the way they present and navigate policies across platforms, with a specific focus on the internal platform.
This is an initial six-month contract with the potential to extend.

Location:
Melbourne or Sydney - Melbourne preferred

Responsibilities: Recommend improvements to the existing presentation layer of the policies to enhance usability, simplicity, and the interconnectivity of the policy suite.Build mock-ups and present the suite of policy documents as directed.Improve the navigation and movement across documents, providing seamless linkages between policies.Build connections between key terms/acronyms in the dictionary and related policy documents.Execute the publishing of new content, including text, linkages, tables, flowcharts, and more.Publish updated content to support seamless integration between simplified and existing policy content.Contribute to the design of new controls and/or business processes as required.Work closely with the Policy team and senior stakeholders, including risk managers, compliance teams, business units, and IT, to define publishing requirements, scope, and deliverables.Skills & Experience Needed: Solid background in UX design, preferably with knowledge of credit risk managementExpertise in publishing with proven examples transforming policy contentStrong experience in publishing solutions that support streamlined content management.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of a key business process while working with a dynamic and supportive team.
