We are looking for someone to fill this permanent position who has a strong background in designing and writing content. The role of the Content Designer is to support the delivery of accessible and user-centred content for a variety of channels including the range of digital channels such as websites, SharePoint (intranet), social media platforms and e-newsletters.
Collaborating within and across teams, you will focus on understanding the underlying communication need for a piece of information and how to develop high-quality content to deliver that message.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital content and WCAG2.1 accessibility standards, plain language, SEO, analytics, and creating content for digital channels.

The successful candidate will have lots of energy and ideas, and will be adept at juggling multiple priorities, be able to think strategically and have great people skills—not to mention exceptional written and verbal accessible communication skills.
