Position Overview
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a creative, passionate Content Creator/Social Media Coordinator to develop compelling visual content for both paid and organic social channels.
This role will be instrumental in driving our brand's digital presence, collaborating with directors on messaging and our eComms specialist on campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Create Paid Content: Develop captivating ad visuals for Meta and other platforms that align with brand standards and drive engagement, with support on messaging from directors as needed.
Collaborate with eComms Specialist: Work alongside our eComms specialist, who will manage and analyse campaign performance, ensuring our paid content consistently delivers results.
Organic Social Media Content: Produce impactful, brand-aligned content for organic social media to increase reach and engagement.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive and engaged online community.
Collaborative Ideation: Identify trending organic content ideas and collaborate on turning them into successful paid ad campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualifications in marketing or digital marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in creating effective, visually engaging paid and organic content including still image and video.
Proven ability to capture audience attention and create high-performing ad creatives.
Experience with premium skincare, spa, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury brands is highly valued.
Strong graphic design experience, including proficiency in Adobe Suite and Canva.
Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
