Humanitix

Details of the offer

Humanitix is the world's first not-for-profit ticketing platform. We believe businesses that align profit with purpose can solve the world's biggest problems. Since launching in 2016, we have grown exponentially, transforming over $10.5M of annoying booking fees into donations towards impact projects . Events we work with range from music and art festivals, conferences, galas, expos, workshops, schools and university events, you name it! In 8 years, we have become the go-to platform for hosts to manage their events, sell tickets, and create impact through our philanthropic model. And the best part? We've only achieved 1% of what we know we're capable of. We are a global business with offices in Sydney, Auckland, and Denver. At Humanitix, we celebrate the diversity of thought, perspective and expression, and we look for many different skills and abilities that can enhance Humanitix's offerings and our culture. So, even if you don't think you quite meet all the skills listed or tick all the boxes, we'd still love to hear from you! About you Humanitix is one of Australia's leading social enterprises, and we are looking for a Content Creator with strong design skills to join our growing team in Sydney. As our in-house Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing social media posts, our newsletters to attendees and hosts, assisting our product team in helping to create product marketing materials and EDMs, creating blog posts, putting together our annual impact report, and ideally just being a good hustler! You will report into Humanitix's two Co-Founders, and be dialled right into the heart of our organisation as you try to take our achievements and share them with the world. We are looking for someone with a lot of energy who can create professional-looking content with at least 2+ years' experience. This is a full-time role based in The Rocks, Sydney (we work from home 1 day a week). Responsibilities Content creation for social media, newsletters and blogs. In the first month we'd like you to review our social media presence and come up with a 6 month content plan, and start generating and scheduling the posts. Months 2-4: Month 2 you'll work with our Chief of Staff on our newsletters and any product-related marketing EDMs / content that needs to go out. Month 5+: You are now running our socials, newsletters, and general content creation with respect to updates, blogs, features. We'll also get you working on our Impact Reports which tell the world about where all our amazing booking fee profits go.
