The Role

Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a strategic mind and a knack for crafting compelling content? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can partner with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals?
If so, our Content + Campaigns Manager role could be the perfect opportunity to take your skills to the next level.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our content marketing strategy and spearheading content-driven initiatives that elevate our brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive business growth. You'll leverage your strategic expertise to identify content themes and formats that align with the firm's overall objectives and resonate with our target audience. Working closely with the Business Development team, you'll transform siloed ideas into impactful cross-product line or firmwide content campaigns.

We're looking for someone who can not only create high-quality content, but also possesses the strategic vision to develop a data-driven content marketing plan. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and creation to distribution and performance analysis. Your analytical skills will be crucial in tracking campaign metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

What You'll DoPartner with the Business Development team to transform siloed ideas into impactful firmwide initiatives.Collaborate with senior leaders to develop core messages and campaigns for existing and new services.Strategise, plan, and execute content marketing campaigns across various channels like thought leadership reports, podcasts, and videos.Craft high-quality content in multiple formats, from website copy to engaging social media posts.Oversee website content updates and contribute to SEO efforts.Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights for optimisation.Coach and mentor junior team members in content creation and campaign development.Foster relationships with internal and external subject matter experts and influencers.Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.Champion the power of content marketing within the firm – showcase best practices and success stories.Who You AreA strategic thinker with a creative mindset and analytical skills.A minimum of 5 years' experience in content creation or marketing campaigns, within professional services or in legal practice.A proven track record of producing high-quality content.Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you can work effectively with everyone from CEOs to designers.Professional services or relevant B2B experience is desirable. A keen eye for detail and strong project management skills.Strong writing and editing skills.The ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear and concise language.Experience with video production, podcasting, or multimedia content creation is a major bonus.
