Job Description About the role: As the Marketing Content & Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our products and services within the construction and quarrying industries.
Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ultimately contributing to the company's growth objectives.
This is an exciting and varied role where you will be working in close collaboration with our dynamic marketing team and key stakeholders.
This is a full-time hybrid role, based either at our Belrose Head Office or Chipping Norton Office with the opportunity for remote work on a part-time basis.

What you'll be doing: End-to-end management of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives, targeting our key market segments in the construction industry.
Utilise the full marketing mix from advertising, print, digital, and sponsorships to reach and engage our target audiences effectively.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, report on results, and improve/optimise accordingly.
Create design briefs for the creative team and see through to completion, ensuring materials are delivered in accordance with briefs and on time.
Research and recommend advertising and sponsorship opportunities, manage partner relationships, and report on effectiveness.
Create, manage, and execute the content calendar encompassing a range of assets and content: photography, video, blogs, social media, case studies, etc.
Work in close collaboration with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring that all content is accurate and resonates with the target audience.
Write compelling and engaging copy, maintaining consistency in voice and tone that reflects the company's brand identity.
Support and maintain our Group's brand guidelines.
Desired Skills and Experience We're excited to hear from you if you have:
3+ years' experience in content marketing and campaign management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industries.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, eDM, SEO, and Google Analytics.
Excellent project management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
