The purpose of this role is to fulfil the website publishing for clients and manage a small team of content authors to ensure timely delivery of critical website content authoring tasks.

The Role: As the Content Author you will play a pivotal role in leading a small team of Associate Content Authors in performing content authoring services for our client's website. This client is a global brand and household name, with market leading products to enable digital experiences. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital content creation and management. The Content Author will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, engaging, and accurate content is delivered on time and meets the needs of both global and regional stakeholders.
Main tasks and responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Associate Content Authors, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality output. Monitor team capacity and workload, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and resources. Take responsibility for the team's capacity to handle projects and the quality of their output. With your Manager, act as a representative for the Australian region within the global content authoring team, ensuring regional perspectives and requirements are considered in global initiatives. Attend global meetings and projects, contributing insights and feedback from the Australian market. Coordinate with global teams to ensure regional adaptations are correctly implemented. Work closely with regional stakeholders to understand their content needs.  Continuously evaluate and seek opportunities to improve and optimise the content and performance of adobe.com. Develop, edit, and publish engaging content for our clients website, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Utilise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Milo to build and customise web pages, leveraging available features and designs within our ecosystem. Ensure that web pages are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with design and brief specifications. Adhere to detailed web briefs to apply precise content updates and customisations to both global and region-specific pages on adobe.com. Ensure that all updates are accurate, timely, and meet the specified requirements. Adhere to detailed content publishing plans and project schedules to ensure timely delivery of all web properties assigned to you. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance user experience and engagement. Pre-requisites:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 year's experience in web publishing.  Leadership experience and associated skills. One year of web publishing experience in an enterprise setting Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent content management systems.  Web 2.0 technology fundamentals.  Proven web debugging skills across browsers, devices, and operating systems.  Calm under pressure while managing competing project priorities.  Ability to quickly comprehend dynamic enterprise workflows and process.  Jira ninja (Very) nice to have: Entry level competence in HTML5, CSS3, XML and Javascript.  Entry level competence in visual media manipulation eg: crop, resize etc. Language skills: Thai, Indonesian or Japanese highly regarded What's in it for you: 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness Days per year Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University Bring your whole self to work!
