About the role
Our Federal Government client is seeking a Content and Web Publisher at the APS 6 level to join a New Website Project team. The New Website Project is designing and building a new corporate website. This role will support the review and content publishing, support the digital reskinning of systems and applications, and support the quality assurance of new templates for Microsoft Office 365.
Duties
Reviewing and publishing web content transferred by other staff members, ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Support the roll-out of the new brand and design system to applications and online systems (digital re-skinning) by engaging with stakeholders to implement new branding in existing systems. Publishing reviewed web content in Drupal CMS. Undertake quality assurance and testing activities over new templates for Microsoft Office 365. Skills & experience
Proven experience using Drupal CMS, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop. Knowledge of HTML. Knowledge of the Australian Government online standards and their application, particularly Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), and the Australian Government Style Manual. This opportunity is within the Australian Public Service. In order to be considered, please note that candidates must be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.
This is a Canberra, ACT based role. Onsite and work from home arrangements are open to negotiation.
