Redhanded is seeking a talented and passionate creative individual to join our team as a Content & Film Producer (Part Time). In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining client relationships, receiving briefs, and collaborating closely with Creative Directors, the production team, and the Project Management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects to high standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the project or content planReceive and interpret briefs to deliver creative and engaging content and videosCollaborate with Creative Directors and production team to meet client and creative expectationsEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetDemonstrate strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clientsAbility to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlinesFoster strong relationships with clients and agency peersStay calm and focused under pressure to deliver exceptional resultsApproach all projects with a 'can do' attitude and a passion for collaborative workMaintain a respectful, honest, and hardworking attitude at all timesAbility to coordinate cross disciplined teams to creatively solve production or content challengesSKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Proven experience in content creation and video productionStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative mindset and conceptual thinkingHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the best quality workFlexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solvingRedhanded has a broad and diverse mix of clients with an emphasis on regional and rural and B2B/B2B2C.
