Redhanded is seeking a talented and passionate creative individual to join our team as a Content & Film Producer. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining client relationships, receiving briefs, and collaborating closely with Creative Directors, the production team, and the Project Management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects to high standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the project or content plan Receive and interpret briefs to deliver creative and engaging content and videos Collaborate with Creative Directors and production team to meet client and creative expectations Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Demonstrate strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines Foster strong relationships with clients and agency peers Stay calm and focused under pressure to deliver exceptional results Approach all projects with a 'can do' attitude and a passion for collaborative work Maintain a respectful, honest, and hardworking attitude at all times Ability to coordinate cross disciplined teams to creatively solve production or content challenges SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Proven experience in content creation and video production Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Creative mindset and conceptual thinking High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the best quality work Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Redhanded has a broad and diverse mix of clients with an emphasis on regional and rural and B2B/B2B2C.
