An exciting and unique opportunity exists for a talented and passionate individual to join the Strategic Communications, Engagement and Protocol branch (SCEP) as Content Adviser at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
The Strategic Communication, Engagement and Protocol (SCEP) branch provides specialist communication and protocol advice and support to DPC and the Premier's Private Office.
The Content Adviser supports the content team to create high-quality digital content for specific audiences and channels and supports the delivery and operational requirements of the broader digital content strategy.
We're looking for someone to create high-quality digital content and is able to support the delivery of the content strategy.
You will create, edit, post, and evaluate a variety of digital content across websites and social media channels.
You will also help drive accessibility requirements, set policies and standards, and drive better content outcomes for the department.
About youAs our ideal candidate, you will bring:
Proven ability and working knowledge of data performance analysis on digital and social platforms and solid experience using analytics to understand audience behaviour and make data-driven decisions to increase audience engagement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality, innovative digital and social media content through a variety of channels using clear, concise and grammatically correct language.Highly developed stakeholder management skills, including ability to identify key stakeholders and initiate and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to provide service excellence and be resourceful and proactive in delivering communications services to stakeholders and colleagues and seek ways to continually improve and correct problems with a positive and solution-orientated attitude.How to applyApply before the advertised closing date.
