They pride themselves on meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship, building luxury homes up to $20m in construction value, in Brisbane's most affluent suburbs. They also offer design services for a fully integrated design and construction solution.
The Role Contract Administrator - As the CA, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, including:
Procurement of tradesProgress claimsClose management of variationsYou will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on design issues and remedies. You will be based out of the Brisbane office and travel to site as and when required.
About You The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 2 or 3 commercial construction principal contractor and will have 2+ years of experience working as a CA. You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy, and integrity to want to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.
Remuneration There is a salary package of up to $170k depending on the level of experience.
