The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure enquiries are answered immediately – or directed to the most appropriate person to deal with more specific/complex requests for assistance.This is a permanent, full-time position, based in our Fortitude Valley office and has the ability to work from home 2 days per week.
This role reports into the Team Leader – Client Contact.What's required to succeed:The successful candidate for this role will ideally come from a community services background and/or call centre background and be comfortable and confident in supporting clients in their time of need.
The ability to multitask with accuracy and build strong stakeholder relationships will also be integral to this role.You will also have:The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a goal to achieving optimal client outcomes.Strong customer service skills both written and verbal.Maintaining accurate and appropriate records of contacts received and follow up on any outstanding issues.Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills and the capacity to speak clearly and with good diction.The ability to manage high work volumes in a quality customer service environment.Capacity to meet specified performance standards.Computer literacy, keyboard skills and the capacity to use online information systems and local systems.Embracing collaboration and innovation, we work as one to lead the change veterans need.
