Our next intake starts on Monday 9th of December 2024.Supportive Environment: Work alongside passionate individuals in ourCanning Vale, Perth office.Benefits: Enjoy perks like FREE secure onsite parking, product discounts, and access to our free onsite gym.Flexible Work: Work from home flexibility available upon successful completion of 6months probation.About the role: Full-time Position - This position requires flexibility, Monday to Friday 38 hours, rostered shifts between 8am - 6pm and occasional public holidays.Take inbound calls and deliver top-notch customer service to both existing and potential customers.Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently.Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.Be flexible with working hours, including availability between 8 am and 6 pm and occasional public holidays.What You'll Bring: Previous experience in customer service (call centre, office, retail, or hospitality backgrounds are welcome).Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.Familiarity with Customer Management Systems/Databases.Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred previous experience in a Contact Centre environment.Join Our Team!
