Contact Centre Consultant VIC, Remote Working Location (Work from home) Exciting opportunity to be part of an amazing work cultureFlexible working location and hoursSupportive environment with loads of employee benefitsBelgravia's customer care team is looking for passionate Contact Centre Consultants in our Tourism department. The Role To provide support to our group of Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks and Wellness Centres across Victoria.
We currently have opportunities for part-time (25-30 hours/week) representatives who have flexible availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
This is a fully remote work-from-home position.
The role responsibilities will include:
Inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, SMS, and live chatProvide excellent customer service by responding to customers' needs or concerns and ensuring the quality of service meets agreed customer experience standardsEngaging with customers, promoting, and up-selling our servicesSupporting our Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, and Wellness Centres with securing and managing bookingsResponsible for the conversion of online inquiries to salesDevelop positive relationships with customers to provide a great customer experienceThe ideal candidate will have: Strong attention to detailExperience in customer-facing rolesExcellent verbal communication skillsProficient use of computers and IT systemsSolution-focusedEssential qualifications: Level 2 First AidCurrent CPRWorking with Children's Check (Employee status)National Police checkIf you do not have these qualifications, you must be willing to obtain them.
