The Role Located at our beautiful Springvale Botanical Cemetery, this full time Contact Centre role will have you at the forefront of creating a positive and empathetic experience for our customers and community.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for: Providing positive, empathetic, and professional service to our customers.
Educating our customers on products and services available.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of our customers.
Problem solving and making decisions to meet customer and business needs.
