Monday 2nd of December.Supportive Environment: Work alongside passionate individuals in our Banyo, Brisbane office.Benefits: Enjoy perks like FREE secure onsite parking, product discounts, and access to our free onsite gym.Flexible Work: Work from home flexibility available upon successful completion of 6 months probation.About the role:Your roster will be released 4-6 weeks in advance.Casual Position -

MUST

be able to work every Monday, flexible to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays as required, pending on business needs.
Not required to work on Thursdays.Take inbound calls and deliver top-notch customer service to both existing and potential customers.Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently.Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.Be flexible with working hours, including availability between 8 am and 6 pm and occasional public holidays.What You'll Bring:Preferred previous experience in a Contact Centre environment.Previous experience in customer service (call centre, office, retail, or hospitality backgrounds are welcome).Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.Familiarity with Customer Management Systems/Databases.Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Join Our Team!
