Position Overview: As a Customer Service Agent, you're not just taking calls—you're the crucial link between patients, doctors, and our clinical teams.

Minimum of 2 x 4-hour shift or 1 x 8-hour shift per week.
In office hours are between 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Opportunities for additional shifts if your schedule allows, including remote working shifts from 3pm - 7pm AEST.
Full-time availability is required for the first three weeks of training ?? ?? Student-Friendly: Starting on December 2nd, these positions are for students studying Healthcare or Human Science.
