At Jones Radiology, we invest in our people, and our commitment to care for others extends to our highly supported clinical teams.   About the Role   This is an exciting opportunity for people-focused and customer-centric individuals to play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology's brand promise and delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.    This role is based in our Southern Contact Centre at Seaford. This is a full-time permanent position typically working Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 7am and 6.30pm. You will also be expected to contribute to a weekend roster approximately once per month and compensated accordingly.    Upon your commencement, you will attend a paid five-week training program at our Central Contact Centre in Adelaide's CBD, where you will learn about Jones Radiology, medical imaging and how to deliver our exceptional patient experience.    Your key responsibilities: Delivering high-quality inbound call services for Jones Radiology clinics  Interacting with patients and referrers to schedule a range of medical imaging appointments. Responding to calls & enquiries in a timely, professional and caring manner Providing care and an outstanding patient and referrer experience  Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers   To be successful in this role you will have: Strong customer service skills, including active listening and objecting questioning. Demonstrated customer service experience and previous call centre experience will be highly regarded but not essential.  Demonstrated experience using multiple programs simultaneously and systems navigation. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
