What is this role all about?
As a Contact Centre Agent with SIXT Australia, you'll play a pivotal role in making people and their things easily mobile through the delivery of premium customer service. Working at head office based in Dandenong, Victoria - we offer a flexible working arrangement for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will be:

Providing an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time
Creating and selling SIXT products and services
Handle fines and infringements efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and vehicle breakdowns over the phone and via email
Answering customer enquiries
Creating a positive customer experience
General Administrative tasks to support daily operations.

What do we need from you?
To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude and a flair for sales.
Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation
Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential
Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks
Current, unrestricted full driving licence
Full working rights in Australia
Experience in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
Ability to multi-task during peak periods and able to work unsupervised
A flexible attitude is required as our locations are 7-day operations so shifts will include some weekends
