Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Amphenol in a remote work position in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through phone, email, and chat communications.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services- Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Meet or exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask- Proficient in computer applications and software systems- Ability to work part-time hours, with a flexible schedule- Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Must be resilient in handling difficult customer situations
