Job Description:

Franklin Resources is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications with customers, providing support and assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer complaints- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience- Meeting or exceeding customer service targets and goals- Utilizing project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Demonstrating strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements:- Energetic and resourceful personality traits to engage with customers effectively- Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities- Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and complaints- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
