**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Inbound and Outbound Communications:** Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls while ensuring excellent customer service and support. Provide accurate information in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.

- **Patient Support:** Assist patients with inquiries regarding appointments, services, insurance verification, and billing processes. Ensure a positive experience by effectively addressing concerns and providing solutions.

- **Data Entry and Management:** Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions in the contact management system. Ensure that customer information is up-to-date and complies with HIPAA regulations.

- **Problem-Solving:** Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and resolve issues presented by patients and their families, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to protocols.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to enhance communication and streamline processes. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service delivery.

- **Feedback and Reporting:** Gather feedback from patients regarding their experiences and report insights to management for service quality enhancement. Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency.

- **Resource Utilization:** Effectively utilize company resources and knowledge databases to provide accurate information and support to patients and team members.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or customer service is a plus but not required.

- **Experience:** No prior experience necessary; however, any experience in customer service or healthcare settings is advantageous.
