**Key Responsibilities:**

- Proactively manage customer expectations and follow up on outstanding issues.

2. **Data Management:**

- Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure continuity of service and follow-up for unresolved queries.

3. **Research and Problem-Solving:**
- Conduct thorough research to provide customers with accurate information regarding their inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and resources to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

4. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather feedback from customer interactions and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share knowledge, and brainstorm solutions for ongoing challenges.

5. **Training and Development:**
- Stay informed about MetLife products, services, and industry changes to effectively assist customers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance personal skills and overall service delivery.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using contact center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Reliable:** Consistently adheres to work schedules and delivers on commitments.
- **Adaptable:** Able to adjust to various challenges and changes in a dynamic work environment.
