Job Description:
Hess is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work remotely. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and provide timely and accurate information.2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database.5. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.6. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide feedback to improve service.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality service delivery.8. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all interactions.3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.4. Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software and tools.6. Prior experience in customer service or contact center role is a plus but not required.7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
