Job Description:
PulteGroup is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the contact center operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other queries.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the contact center database.
4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
5. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
6. Assist with training new team members and providing support to colleagues as needed.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Contact Center Manager.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle various customer situations.
3. Attention to detail and strong strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
