Tech Data is on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. **Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about Tech Data's products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. **Communication:**
- Utilize multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers with service requests and problem resolution.
- Maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication while actively listening to customers' needs and concerns.

3. **Documentation:**
- Record and update customer interactions and relevant details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.

4. **Cooperation and Teamwork:**
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions aimed at improving team performance and customer experience.

5. **Innovation and Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and share innovative ideas that can improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about Tech Data's products and services to effectively communicate value and promote upselling opportunities.

6. **Continuous Learning:**
- Engage in training and development programs to build knowledge and skills relevant to customer service and product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to consistently deliver top-tier service.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service or communication are a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred.
