Pro Medicus, a leading healthcare technology company located in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, is seeking a passionate and resourceful Contact Center Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.2. Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences, offering solutions and recommendations.3. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.8. Assist in training new contact center associates as needed.

Requirements:1. A proven track record of 2 years in a contact center or customer service role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer decisions.4. Ability to conduct thorough research to address customer inquiries effectively.5. Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.7. Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.8. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.9. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
