Job Description:Time Warner Cable is seeking a motivated and reliable Contact Center Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Contact Center Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.3. Providing information about products and services offered by Time Warner Cable.4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.7. Meeting key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and call handling metrics.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic.3. Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills.4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
