Job Description:
D.R. Horton, a leading real estate company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Assistant. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. As an Associate Level Contact Center Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our contact center operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers- Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction- Assisting with data entry and maintaining customer records in our CRM system- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the contact center- Conducting research on industry trends and competitors to provide insightful information to customers- Managing your time effectively to meet departmental goals and targets
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach- Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism- Highly motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting- Strong research skills and ability to gather and analyze information- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems preferred
