**Job Description:**

HCA Holdings is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Canberra. This part-time position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exemplary customer service. The Contact Center Assistant will serve as a vital point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in enhancing their experience with our company.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers and clients.
- Handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in communication.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to services and products efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.

- **Information Management:**
- Provide accurate information regarding HCA Holdings' services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to assist clients with relevant information.

- **Collaboration with Team Members:**
- Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and team performance.

- **Performance Metrics:**
- Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and implement feedback provided by supervisors.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, creating reports, and maintaining customer databases as needed.
- Support management with special projects and other duties as assigned.

### **Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.

- **Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficient in using customer service software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking with a proven track record of strong work ethic and professionalism.
- Adaptable to changing environments and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent teamwork skills, contributing positively to group efforts and supporting team objectives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service challenges.
