**Job Description:**
Community Health Systems is seeking a motivated and resourceful Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time position is integral to supporting our commitment to delivering superior service to our clients and community. In this role, you will interact with a diverse clientele, providing information, support, and solutions to health-related inquiries. We are looking for an individual who is driven, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Act as the initial point of contact for clients reaching out to the contact center. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about services, resources, and community programs.
- **Problem Resolution:** Assess client needs and address inquiries or issues in a timely and effective manner. Utilize strong decision-making skills to resolve concerns and escalate issues as necessary to senior team members.
- **Documentation:** Accurately log conversations and interactions in the appropriate systems to maintain comprehensive records of each client inquiry and response.
- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless support and service delivery to clients. Ensure follow-up on inquiries that require additional resources or insights from specialists.
- **Persuasion and Influence:** Utilize effective persuasion techniques to promote health programs and services, encouraging participation and engagement from clients and community members.
- **Feedback Contribution:** Gather feedback from clients regarding services and share insights with the management team to help improve contact center operations and client satisfaction.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on community health resources, programs, and services offered by Community Health Systems to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established performance goals, including call resolution time, client satisfaction scores, and adherence to contact center protocols.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a contact center, customer service, or health-related field.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication, healthcare, or customer service are preferred.

- **Driven:** A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to excel in service delivery and client support.
- **Resourceful:** Ability to swiftly identify solutions and leverage resources to address client needs effectively.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Decision-Making:** Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions swiftly while considering client needs and organizational policies.
- **Persuasion:** Strong persuasive communication skills to encourage clients and promote community health programs effectively.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and contact center software.
