Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Genuine Parts in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time position requires a hardworking and adaptable individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Processing orders and managing customer accounts accurately.3. Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.4. Utilizing persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services.5. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.6. Maintaining a positive attitude and focus on exceeding customer expectations.7. Utilizing technology to assist customers efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.4. Persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers.5. Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers.6. Hardworking and adaptable mindset to handle various customer inquiries and situations.7. Must be able to work well in a team and independently.
