Consumer Researcher About The Role This position would suit someone with experience in design, UX, or market research methods and practices, preferably with a background in mixed-methods research.
You'll report directly to the Senior Global Category Manager, but day-to-day, you'll be working with our cross-functional category teams within the organisation.
Successful candidates will be comfortable leading research projects, including developing research plans, facilitating groups, interviews, and usability studies, analysing findings, and presenting results.
You'll work across a number of challenges, from exploratory investigations of user needs and attitudes to practical assessments of a product's usability.
Key responsibilities include: Designing, planning, and executing user research alongside product development teams, including working with external research providers where required.
Collaborating with industrial designers, food experts, engineers, researchers, and marketers on projects to explore user needs and validate design outcomes.
Helping teams integrate insights from research into their product development projects.
Screening, incentivising, and organizing external respondents to participate in our research.
Contributing to Breville's research methods and tradecraft.
