Research ManagerThe Role:In this role, you'll lead the research activity across Teachers Health (TH) to support business activity and focus on communicating and embedding insights into the organisation.What Will You Do?
/ How Will You Help?Serves as the central point of contact for TH research needs, collaborating with stakeholders to align insight outcomes and implement best practices.Translate complex research principles and outcomes into actionable insights, ensuring they are easily understood and applied across the business.Facilitate communication between TH and providers to deliver timely outcomes, maintain data integrity and security, and manage costs effectively.Actively work with the Broader Data teams on augmenting data and ensuring research data is embedded into reporting.Lead the end-to-end Voice of Customer (VoC) program across touchpoint identification, survey design, execution and insight dissemination.
This will include monitoring any close the loop programs with the business.Ensure research outcomes and insights are played back to the business through regular forums to engage with the research program.What Do You Need?
