This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in membership and ticketing systems within a world-class, values-driven environment.
As the Consumer Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing systems, databases, and operational processes that support membership and ticketing functions, ensuring they meet high standards of effectiveness, compliance, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities Systems & Operations Management: Oversee and maintain various systems, including Ticketmaster, CRM, Excel, and more, ensuring seamless functionality across the membership lifecycle. Reporting & Insights: Work closely with the Data & Tech and Marketing teams to analyze data and generate actionable insights for improved customer experiences. Member Experience & Communication: Develop and refine customer journeys, implement event communication plans, and handle transactional email delivery to enhance the overall member experience. Compliance & Troubleshooting: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain up-to-date privacy practices. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Support membership growth and retention by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts with business targets. Key Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise with proficiency in Excel, Eloqua, Dynamics, PowerBI, Ticketmaster, and UX design.
Analytical and reporting skills are essential, with the ability to leverage data insights to drive performance improvements.
Proven project management capabilities are critical, as this role requires managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and upholding high standards throughout all processes.
Additionally, exceptional communication skills are key, enabling the candidate to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
