Consumer Lending Officer

Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica) is seeking a Consumer Lending Officer (CLO) specializing in purchase, refinance, construction loans, and all consumer loans. Responsibilities include marketing consumer lending products, building strong business relationships, assessing customer needs, originating credit, and coordinating customer services.
SALES and RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Develop and maintain a professional presence to increase consumer market share.Engage in brand management, coordinate customer interactions, and introduce customers to support teammates.Actively engage with support team members and participate in training and relationship building activities.DELIVER SOUND CREDIT: Gather and document customer financial information, assist in preparing balance sheets, and coach customers to meet financial goals.SERVICE PORTFOLIO: Provide oversight of construction projects and review property inspections.Travel TimePercentage of time required to travel during the day - 50%
Percentage of time required to travel overnight - 15%
Education Requirements4 Year / Bachelors Degree Preferred in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or EconomicsYears of Experience2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Business, or Finance
