About the role
The role we are offering is for an experienced Finance Broker in leisure asset financing, more specifically caravans and campers. This is not your standard 9-5 job, it's a lifestyle. You will quickly become part of the industry as a respected figure.

As a vital member of our team, you will:
Manage the finance process from origination to settlement, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements (full support provided). Analyse and evaluate financing options, preparing tailored proposals for leisure assets. Build and nurture strong client and dealer relationships while expertly negotiating loan terms for repeat business. Stay ahead of market trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of financing products and services. Maintain industry and lender accreditations. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a finance broker, showcasing a successful track record of transactions. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the consumer finance industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
