This role will facilitate positive consumer engagement across the organisation and provides high level advice to the Executive Team, directly reporting to the CEO. We are seeking a professional with an ability to support and promote the development of consumer engagement across the organisation, influencing and negotiating changes, practices, and services to improve quality and the consumer experience.
The Consumer Engagement Advisor is responsible for reviewing and monitoring consumer feedback functions and processes (clinical/non-clinical) across Arcare Pty Ltd (Residential Aged Care & Home Care Services).
Skills and Experience Proven ability to develop positive relationships to influence and negotiate change;Strong clinical understanding and qualification;Strong knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards, Guidelines and Regulations;Pragmatic and logical in approach;Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;Proven decision maker;Strong work ethic;Must be results driven and focused;Advanced writing skills;Ability to liaise with Government departments and their representatives;Previous Aged Care quality systems experience;Current Driver's License;Experience in consumer engagement related activities;Be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check clearance.Ready to Apply It really is our people and culture that set us apart, with our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
