The Team Virtual Banking are the customer service specialists of the Westpac Group, providing the best service over the phone, to millions of our customers every year. to learn more about the roleHow will I help?

As a Consumer Connect Banker, you'll be the friendly voice guiding our customers through their banking journey. You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries, from simple account balances to complex product-related issues. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you build rapport and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

Providing top-notch customer service through inbound calls Resolving customer inquiries accurately and promptly Promoting Westpac products and services Contributing to a positive customer experience

This role operates on a rotating roster with the hours between 7:30AM - 7:30PM Monday to Friday and 08:30AM - 17:30 Saturday (SA Time)

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping others. You'll need strong communication and problem-solving skills to excel in this role. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. Key requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficiency in computer systems and applications A positive and can-do attitude
